I didn't figured out how to let Lemur Daemon discover Lemur on my Android, either it connected to Ad-hoc (created by cmd: netsh wlan set hostednetwork etc.). Although, Lemur Editor can see my Android and interact with it (IP is entered manually), but Daemon still can not.

Did anybody get this to work? The max plugin throws error: "Sending Template failed...". But iPad App is running and connected. When I push the template via the Lemur Editor, it shows up and also gets the pads lights running, when ableton is playing. But no data is coming back from the app. I tried manual setup by entering ip and port (192.168.0.59:8001) but then in the log it says that port 8001 is allready bind. Abelton V 9.7.5. Lemur Daemon V 5.3.4

LOL- what a crock of shit- what kind of loser is really going to use an Ipad?????? Amazing how the best artists/producers actually play keyboards and hardware??? Nahh not really that amazing- it's because they have talent and skill. And thats usually why their end result is so much better. Aftertouch, velocity etc is a feeling that you cant get by using sliders...on a touchscreen LOL. Theres a reason why a keyboard can NEVER 100% reproduce the tones, depths, vibrations and ambience of a real piano- because synthetic or synthesised sounds are not REAL and are only 1's and 0's forced through electronics. And thts why all this music created on touchscreens and sliders is so inept and lacklustre. It has no feeling, organicness or realness to it. At least playing a keyboard controller has more humaneness in it than creating a whole song with mouse clicks. No wonder there is so much soul less music out there. More and more people making music and less and less good quality stuff being released. Real musicians stick to their instruments and let sound engineers finish of the artists prize piece of work in the mix down process using all these fancy touchscreens LOL. Imagine this- 2 people sit down at a camp site and one plays a guitar in front of the fire and sings..... and then another pulls out an Ipad and starts playing a guitar on his Ipad and sings.... which one do you think looks like a f#cken idiot...... heheheh enough said- and it's always the same answer. Playing and making music solely from a computer without any sort of controller is for the plain boring, lazy and talentless.... sorry if I have offended.

Hey, can anyone from liine PM me some kind of contact info for Rheyne? I know an extremely simple workaround (using just a nested effect rack or two, not going in and screwing with his lemur template) that will allow him to ditch his on/off buttons ( 0:59 1:07 ) and just seamlessly turn the effect on when he moves the knob. At least this would work for pure signal processing effects - I mean it could be done for time-based effects like delay or reverb, but wouldn't be as efficient in performance.

i follow every single MF steps you do. i see a "lemur" network waiting for connection on my PC i go to iPad wifi = no Lemur network ... for years i have lemur on iPad it's always been a challenge and fear each time i plan to "use" it.

I'm finding that pretty much all of the instructions for this app are really bad. I've been able to get TouchOSC to work, no problem. But not this thing. Big waste of my money so far, totally useless product.

Frankly, I'm disappointed at this stage that I bought this. Every single help file I've examined displays windows that are not what my device has. For example, in the version I have, in the settings menu, there is no option to load a project. With such sloppy documentation of the product, I can't help but expect that as I use it, this sloppiness will never end, and I'll be dealing with headaches and frustration no matter what I try. Time to get a refund, if I can.

Hmm can't find much or any documentation on udpsend data for the step sequencers from Max. Now that I don't need to use the light attribute to make a sequencer how do I change the path of the light for visual feeback via scripting? (ie making the light or .out variable loop for only steps 4-8 on a 32 step sequencer)? any direction would be great as the jazzmutant workshops/forum seems very outdated now for lemur 5
